If you don’t like nonfiction where the author relates the subject to their own personal experiences you will NOT like this… luckily I do! Still docking a star for talking about Sylvia Plath and making her “monstrousness” her suicide, not the racism and THEN making the following chapter about how her own whiteness had made her largely ignorant to racism until the BLM movement in 2020.
