Brandon Sanderson has never been able to write natural dialogue. Why does everyone talk like a therapist. No one in a FANTASY BOOK says stuff like “I need time to process this trauma before I can start to emotionally self-regulate” GIRL WHAT THE HELL!!!!

I’m sorry but Kaladin is way too articulate for a man who literally can’t read. He shouldn’t know the word ‘neurosis.’ No one in a FANTASY NOVEL should know this word.
