Started counting plants eaten per week in 2020 during lockdown with friends with whom I was in a Healthy Lifestyle WhatsApp group. The habit stuck - partly to encourage a friend who was struggling to eat 20. I’ve always found I never ate less than thirty anyway, but enjoy writing lists!
