I am only this far after over a week of trying to read this. One of the least-engaging books I have read in months. Murray's organization is terrible--- it's like she spews out whatever is in her head, fasts forward without explaining the interim to the reader and keeps going like we should know what she's talking about. Don't know if I'll be able to finish this one by book club.
