Basic knowledge that some might see it as common sense, but applying it is what’s challenging. I like Mel and this had some useful info I’m actively working on. But it did drag on at times and her constantly saying “it’s science” or “it’s research” was annoying. It didn’t need to be this long and I prefer her IG, but I’m glad I read it.
