More weird writing from a first person perspective. Sometimes Genevieve speaks like her age and a few times where she speaks like a writer or a thesaurus, if that makes sense. But the flow of the story is still bearable. I’m not wholly invested in the story.

I’m starting to notice some weird writing i.e. a new fork fell to the “clean kitchen floor”, but she throws the “dirty utensil” in the sink. There’s also not much ways to picture the characters here. Character descriptions so far sound generic and shallow. Hope it gets better.
