I read a LaVyrle Spencer novel many years ago (decades!) that I loved. I think it was called Morning Glory. I stayed up all night to finish it.

Morning Glory is the best of her books, IMO. My fave tho is Family Blessings. She retired in the 90s, and I thought I had read all of hers, but this one I had missed!
