Dr Mark Cross has an excellent and soothing voice. He could read out news of car accidents and bombings and you'd take the information in well. In the first part of the book I spent alot of time passionately screaming " I KNOWW, RIGHT!?" because I identified with so many of the issues in the health system. Now it's really interesting to hear perspectives SPECIFICALLY from his senior and broad ish perspective
