The Great Wall of China. He really wrote anything he wanted really. From my interpretation, his observations and attempts of comprehension of his observations were written in a story. As if someone else had these thoughts instead of himself.

Finishing Metamorphosis without understanding the history of Franz Kafka allowed me to understand the story in my own way. Reading about him after, reinforced some of my own interpretations.

Is our worth only based on utility? Should obligation beget kindness and understanding? It is frightening how similar, in a bizzare way, reality really is.
