Even though I knew the story of ramaayan, I never knew the women’s point of view in the epic and halfway through this book I am realising that Mandodari was just a woman ruled by man ( her own husband ) she was the prettiest rakshasi her worth was much more than how Ravana treated her . Just because of a mans lust many women suffered and that was a different yug
