I was told this book would make me cry but I didn’t know it would happen so fast. It is beautiful to me how much these friends care for each other no matter what they go through. It is also so special to me how the friends can pick up on Jude’s pain without him having to say anything despite him constantly masking—what a stunning example of attuning to another human.
