First Love
Despite being only one section into this book I can already see how special it is. I’ve fallen in love with the beautiful writing, subtle implications and explorations of infatuation, unrequited love and specifically the kind of love you have as a child looking up to and admiring an older role model. I was moved to tears at the end of the chapter, I must sit with this for a while.
