When I tell you. I am STRUGGLING, to get through this book. 🤦🏽♀️ it’s so slow. I think I would’ve appreciated this in like 10 chapters of a final book before things took off vs reading 20 something chapters of them just preparing and planning for Solstice. And everyone needs therapy! Why are there no therapist faeries!Queen Maas didn’t think that would be a good profession? Girl!

Okay so I take back all of my complaining lol I’m enjoying the development of characters and the relationship building that is happening as well. I’m still kind of salty about Nesta. But maybe she’ll come around who knows. I like that Elain has recovered some.

I’m still pressing forward. I don’t get why Nesta is distancing herself so much from Elain and Feyre. I get not wanting to be apart of the whole gang but atleast make time for your sisters. And why she gotta be mean all the time. I don’t get it. I hope it gets explained.

This book is okay. I’m struggling with it though because it’s moving pretty slow right now. Not the heart pounding gut wrenching excitement from the last books, that’s for sure lol

I am really appreciating the background stories I’m getting on all the characters but, is there not a single psychologist fairy?? Like, did no one think about how the mind operates, what war does to the mind? This particular group has gone CENTURIES without dealing with their trauma, these people are not okay. lol
