Onto chapter 4 after a fairly mind numbing chapter that focused (like the 2 previous chapters) on taxation of beer from the 19th to 20th century.
As an aside, Oxford University Press have proven themselves very poor publishers. Every 4th page has errors in the typeset and smeared ink, I've also found 3 typos between pages 80 and 91. With the current cost of this book, I would regard these as unacceptable errors.
