Finally things are getting interesting

I am having trouble with this book because I’m not really understanding the plot of this story, I don’t want to spoil anything but I think there should be more context on why Falone needs to do all what she is supposed to do. I also don’t get her attitude most of the times. I’ll continue reading and hopefully I’ll get more answers.
