I truly empathize with Gregor and a lot of his struggles resonate with me. I find it a bit louche of his family and boss to treat him in such manner. It is truly disheartening to see him clearly objectified yet he possesses a great sense of responsibility. He is devoted to support his family. Sometimes you can have good intentions but those intentions can be retarded by life’s constraints.
