This book lacks an editor. The amount of phrases that I keep reading, typos and confusing wording, redundancy. If I have to read “murder book”- referring to a case file- one more time I might scream. But, I’m determined to finish it as it is my first book of 2025 and it feels wrong to start on a DNF.
