Yeah, I think my mood is playing a factor.
Oh yeah I've had the same issue (finding it hard to get into) in the past. I'm going to give it another try though.
Jan, I'm glad it's not just me. For some reason, her books never grab me in the beginning. Though the stories improve later. I hope the 2nd try is the winner

It was noticeably a lot, especially in the first half. Or is it the literal slow- going of wandering the moors for so long?:)

Olivia, I really think it's my mood. The beginning was cute, and I liked the 2nd half. I'm just not invested in the story like I should be.
