I wasn't on board with the slow pace at first, but it grew on me

The woman who narrates all the audiobooks in this series deserves an award. Her narration is so smooth it completely hides the (sometimes) clunky writing. She has a great sense of humor too, and knows exactly how to narrate certain exchanges for a fun listening experience. Oh, and the physical book I'm reading is interesting so far, love the new POVs and seeing the southern continent.
