I actually thought of giving a five star review on the book. The authors mentioned the need for support, respect, and trust on employees. However, that turned contradictory when Bill advised not tolerating supposedly aberrant behaviors such as asking for rewards for exceptional performance. That’s not what I would expect in a good coach. Respect and rewarding goes hand in hand.
