I used to really like this series and didn’t realize it had been rebooted for 3 more until recently. So far, this is really boring and tough to get through. Way way too many paragraphs recapping the last books. You gotta trust your readers to have somewhat functional memories. I remember them being so fun. Thinking of abandoning and pretending it ended at book 6.
