I'm really enjoying this book. As we all know, the HeLa cells helped advance medical science in amazing ways. I remember learning about them in college, but there wasn't much to learn about the woman whom they took the cells from. This book combines the historical science of the the HeLa cells merged with the story of Henrietta Lacks, the woman whose cells they were.
