I don't usually complain about what I'm reading/listening to but in this case...gah! I'm only on chapter 5 and the author's overuse of verbs is making me crazy. So much repetition of words like wince, snort, frown, scowl . . .
i will finish--I do want to see what happens, but I will be frustrated.
