I took an entire class in college called Women in Business. We went over studies about how women are discriminated against in the workplace and strategies for being an effective leader (read: how to try to circumvent bias) as a woman. This book just shows in a million ways how we are in the same cultural climate in so many ways (duh, but still makes me SO FREAKING ANGRY).
