I find this quite terrible to say, but Jude’s childhood..it’s like a lot, like first I thought the monastery was it, then the motels and luke THEN the home place but no, there’s more because there also the truck drives AND Tayler…it’s heavy and it’s Terrible beyond belief but highly unlikely…I can understand the idea that this could be trauma porn…I don’t believe it but I understand.

Yall, this is so twisted and just heavy, the whole book is heavy but it’s just the unrelenting suffering that is throughout the whole book that just sets such a cruel mood. I’m literally reading this faster then I’ve ever read a book this size before (I might finish it in under two weeks I fear)
But honestly, Jude clearly needs serious help, it’s honestly devastating, yet every page is written beautifully.

Holy- this is terrible, Like honestly terrible.

I knew as soon as Calob was introduced it was gonna get hella worse but like…holy.
Also page like 406 when Harold confront Jude’s SH…really hits tbh.

honestly tho, is it just me or either I look in every surface possible, or literally have to keep my bathroom lights off to not see my face in the mirror.

Can’t even mentally prepare myself for page 319 cause why J.b????? Why???? Whyyyyyy??? Like I can’t even, I literally just closed my book and had to breathe cause omg y’all…..

Me when I accept put my recent update page in the 300s not 200s so now it looks like I went back pages😭
