Guilty fun. Some of the pacing I don’t like—some of the back stories are tedious, along with some of the fight scenes that didn’t move the story along. I guess those are meant to be introductions to the characters. Anyway, something I’m enjoying listening to while I do other things.
The reader is amazing and energetic.

Entertaining but repetitive. A guilty pleasure. Not sure I will read anymore. How many fight sequences can one read?
Clever quips abound, charming characters, not much suspense.
They always, always get out of a scrap without any lethal or seriously damaging wounds.
Intriguing is the clever tech and the humor. I appreciate, judging by the book covers, that there is at least one Black person on the team.
