After months of pause, I finally finished it. It's a hard book to finish with a baby on your hip and toddler at your feet. Even reading about r > g in baby talk voice. The breadth of the first three parts is exhaustive and part four is a home run conclusion where things arguably get political, but everything is political isn't it? Really an extraordinary work with an excellent defense of progressive taxation.
