Childhood has moved away from play based to phone based experiences since the release of smartphones in 2010. It is interesting to see the graphs of various studies leaking increases in depression and anxiety in age groups. There has been a 140% increase in anxiety among those aged 18 to 25 dramatically starting around 2013.
