also i don’t understand the negative rewiews about the writing or the lack of reflections on the things happening here.

it’s written in first person of an abused child and there is a lot of dissociation and repression happening and i think that’s very relatable and should actually show in the simplicity of the writing. i wouldn’t believe the story if it was to happen in a perfect shakespeare prose book.
