He did tried to kill her for different reasons, one was him thinking that she was cheating, although she ver was, she really loved him. The island people made him write one last bestseller to get some money out of him then burry him alive.

Then tell me why? Abby interrupts. “Why what? “why you lay down in the road, in the dark, in the rain, wearing my red coat so that I presumed you were a woman. Why you waited for me to get out of the car? Why you pushed me over the cliff”

What? This is great for the story I mean this shows he tried to kill her and that’s why she ran away, but why doesn’t he remember? Did he do it? Is it true!!?

So it was going well, but not the okay shifted to his wife being alive all along, running away from an unhappy married, and what was weird about the island is that it was a bunch of woman running from something that want to make sure they protect their home. So far here are my questions? What kind of sick game is making someone believe for a whole year that they are dead

So far so good, this is the type of book that I like to read, Grady the main character “seems to be loosing his mind” or is he loosing it? I’m very curious because it seems that he is imagining that everyone is after him to get him, but then they are not, or are they making him think that they are not? This is the part he is listening on his radio and he hears them talking about him, like if he is the center

This book is very interesting so far, I mean, there is a lot of back and forth and the writing is not clear on weather is a child's book or for adults, but is very interesting, so far the main character (the husband) has found his wife in the island, or so he thought, she looks just like her but different color eyes, he even saw her in a pamphlet, but then is not her, not sure if he is loosing his mind

What’s the issue with this lady at the post office/store? She is so nice and suddenly starts acting like a Karen, dismissing the main character and slamming the door while he is leaving. Then he hears a sinister laugh in the background and the door now says CLOSED, what happened here? We don’t get many details on this chapter but there is definitely something off on this island.

So far I’m loving this book, his wife mysteriously disappear and he (her husband) has been looking for her over a year now, he moved to a remote island to concentrate on his writing and it appears that he is seeing his wife twice, he thinks those are his thoughts but we shall see.
