I’ve started to enjoy this book more as I’ve delved deeper and related it into my own experiences.

I feel like this a more self help book by Shannon Lee with some aspects of Bruce Lee’s philosophy, rather than the ‘true teachings’. I would find it hard to imagine Bruce Lee writing a book like this..
