The first essay is a great intro to this book. It talks about the way art is presented to us in a manner that it will have many different purposes based on the presenter. The way the original is presented in a museum will be different from its reproduction will be presented in a detached way. It reminds me of an article that I read for my Museum Studies class “Museum without Walls” by André Malraux.
