It appeared at a time when I really needed it. I got it in the airport and it was on top of other books. I haven’t seen any others anywhere sp it must have been for me!
It is not entirely new information but it is written in such a down to earth and normal language that it really conveys the message. And after many people asking me to start journaling, it took this book to actually get me started!
