i noticed that some parts of the text are missing in this translation, either a sentence or a part of it. i’ve been comparing it with the fan translation that i read a while back and it’s a lot funnier and more vivid and lively

I kind of wish to reread the whole novel though I still haven’t made time to read the last volume of the official translation
i read the fan translation a year or two ago, and finally got my hands on the physical books, so i’m rereading! however i find this official translation quite dull compared to the one i read. i also don’t know if this was intended or not, but this translation is missing some parts of the text, either a sentence or a part of it.☹️ i can’t compare it to the original text, so i’ll never know which translation is the closest to the original
