Finished this last night! It was good, I enjoyed & have been using some of the techniques that wee suggested in the chapters. I want to look into more research & studies about tiny t, I found it really fascinating!

Down to the second to last chapter! I've been enjoying this book & there's been some great advice in it so far

I used one of the breathing techniques suggested in this book the other day, it was very helpful! The last chapter was on imposter syndrome & it gave a lot of good advice too

Liking some of the techniques & suggests from the previous 2 chapters, definitely going to try them myself.

Really interesting so far, the client example has been helping me understand the AAA approach from the intro better
