This book is actually pretty short and could honestly be read in a day or two. The thing is after every chapter I read I will end up reflecting on it for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour to digest everything. I get so excited to read this every time I come home. Will probably finish this weekend but we will see.

Some of the most therapeutic reading I’ve maybe ever done. I’m annotating almost every page. Never had someone speak my mind and relate to me in ways like this. Thank you Alain, I hope the book carries on in such a manner.
