would have kept going but i need a break from the repetitiveness 💔

the only time this book has ever mentioned success has been when there is clear communication between the team and everyone is comfortable in their position. the author does not acknowledge this and assumes the leader is always the reason why a business is successful or failing; rarely true.

Why is he mentioned? I was just told the most useless information about a man who is wanting to change but unwilling to trust other countries. Crashing is inevitable without the change. Jim was unable to think of any ideas to improve and didn’t care about decline within the company?? Useless section LOL
