This is the cringiest book I’ve ever read in my life and I’m only halfway through. As a PhD student who genuinely has seen faculty date grad students, every aspect of this book makes me gag.

Also, Anh, the best friend that is the whole reason the fake-dating comes about, does not seem like a good friend in any way.
