Thoughts:
-I’m glad I took nutrition and biochem in college.
-Her strong stances could be fear-inciting. But having some science background, I’m really curious by what she’s saying. And I appreciate the challenge to industry
-This book feels simultaneously full of hot takes and reality
-I love that she walks through how to interpret blood tests results
-I think the term “bad energy” is vague and unhelpful.

More thoughts as I’m reeling:
She just says eat well and exercise- it’s nothing new, but I appreciate how she breaks down metabolic functions and relates things, enables people to read their own medical test results.
IMO she should’ve written 2 books- 1 for laymen looking for health info and 1 for advocating for root cause analysis and treatment in health care. Mixing the agenda in this book isn’t helpful

And while I’m not yet finished with the book— I predict it could have just as much damage as it will be helpful to people.
