Amazing. This was published in 2007. Laura Ingraham said it all perfectly. Syncs well with what has happened these past four years; happened for many decades, but, as she says in here - “Most Americans were too busy earning an honest living, raising their children, and going to church to notice what was slowly happening around them.” Well, after these past 4 years, many, many Americans are seeing a great bit now!
