There's a character who resembles Tsukishima Kei's mentality. He didn't want to put effort into playing baseball (he quit, actually) because he knew there will always be a better player than him making it impossible for him to reach Koshien. Coincidentally, his name is also Kei. Lol is this the time we create the term "Kei-mentality" because I think it fits.
