He is manipulative, controlling, a lier, unstable... and she is letting him roll all over her, why?She gives him no boundaries, why? She doesn’t share her thought of feelings with him? Why? He tells her what he wants and she just says that she wants that too, no reflexion, no deeper conversations. Why?How are they going to know each other?She loves him?Why?They have been together long, what is she doing? Frustrating!

I am finding it very difficult to read so I can only take it in small doses. The thoughts and actions of the FMC are making me have this horrible feeling all the time, what is she doing? And why?Why, why, why?

I am finding the FMC's thoughts very difficult to comprehend. Am I reading about someone voluntarily letting themselves being abused!? Or is it about her pushing her boundaries and self-discovery while falling in love? Unfortunately, by the way things have been exposed up to this point, I don’t see the second option as viable… The whole thing just feels so wrong to me, it is making my stomach turn.

There are clear red flags in that relationship, so I am struggling to understand how is she not questioning anything.So far he has demonstrated to be manipulative.They barely know each other yet,why is she blindly following his tune? there is something off about him. Why doesn’t she ever tells him no, or have a conversation about her struggles? Where are her doubts? everyone has them at the start.She is delusional.
