Honestly, I have not once made a summer reading list, nor fall, nor winter...
I read things on recommendations and whims. The closest that I have ever had to a reading list are those few books mentioned here on this site.

Initially I had no intention of writing a novel. I was living in the high country of central Arizona, and had recently moved into a small trailer located along the banks of the Verde River. I don't watch TV, and had no internet access for several weeks. After work I started to write down ideas that were running through my head at the time; what-ifs and the resulting answers. Before I knew it, I had the outline of a story. Within six weeks, I had a three-hundred plus page rough draft. I found the whole process so enjoyable that I wanted to continue, and to share my story with others. I still do.

I'm currently working on books two and three. As The Accidental Ambassador developed, I realized that one book would not cover the story. Books two and three do not have titles yet, nor does the series have a name.
I work full time doing things other than writing. The books are outlined but otherwise coming together slowly. Please be patient with this fledgling author.
