Born in the southwestern United States and raised in Arizona, the author has lived and traveled throughout much of the US and other parts of North America.

Though an honor student throughout much of his schooling, he dropped out of high school. Over the next many years, he spent time in the US military, fought wild-land fires while working for the US Forest Service, drove trucks, worked in construction, as a farm hand, and in many other jobs. Much later in life, the author went back to obtain a college education.

As a youth, the author was an avid reader; sometimes reading an entire novel in an evening. He earned good grades in English, but had no love for writing early on.

Books two and three do not have titles yet, nor does the series have a name.

I work full time doing things other than writing. The books are outlined but otherwise coming together slowly. Please be patient with this fledgling author.(less)

Keeping in touch

After having read the proof, sent to me from the distributors, I decided that resubmitting a fresh manuscript with the typos and thinks like it's/its straightened out at my end, was more cost effective than having them revise the one they had. Also, this one works better for the epub conversion.

What this mean is that the tentative release date has been bumped to late January at best. Will keep you Read more of this blog post »
