After having read the proof, sent to me from the distributors, I decided that resubmitting a fresh manuscript with the typos and thinks like it's/its straightened out at my end, was more cost effective than having them revise the one they had. Also, this one works better for the epub conversion.

What this mean is that the tentative release date has been bumped to late January at best. Will keep you advised.
