The excellent commute! Writing is so portable - it can happen on your couch in your pajamas, in the car while running errands, or even in the shower. The challenge for me is making sure I get all those ideas written down before I forget them!

My maternal grandfather came to the US in the late 1930's from Italy, but there has always been some debate about what exactly he was doing before then. Was he in the Italian army, or not? Was he a race car driver in Rome, or a hairdresser in Hollywood? What's more - how old was he, exactly? When he passed away, our family found more than one birth certificate for him - leading us to wonder what the real story was. If that isn't the plot for a real page-turner, I don't know what is!

This is probably pretty common for writers, but I find inspiration literally everywhere around me: songs on the radio, the guy in front of me in line, the way the sun is hitting a friend's hair when I meet her for coffee... it's all there, everyday, and so much of it ends up getting written into my stories.

I'm writing a new romantic suspense series called Black Watch Security, a spin-off from the final book in the Triple Threat series (The Hero was Handsome). Book One is titled False Flag and is scheduled for release in Spring 2022.
