Thanks so much for reading and wanting to read the extras! The easiest way, if you have a newsletter from me handy (they come out on Fridays, from celia@celialake.com), is to go to any of those emails and click "Extras" in the top header. That will take you to a page where you can download all of them from one page. If you get there that way, it shouldn't ask you for your email address or any additional info - you just click on the ones you want to download and go from there.
If you're not signed up for my newsletter, you can go to https://books.bookfunnel.com/celialak... and click on whichever you want, but it will ask you for your email (and permission to subscribe you to my newsletter) each time. It's fine to put your email in multiple times - the system will realise it's the same address. (If for some reason, you put in different emails, you'll be subscribed multiple times, though.)
If those instructions don't work for any reason, please email me at celia@celialake.com and I'll get you sorted out in email!

I really love learning more about the characters - every time I sit down to write, I realise something new about how they see the world and what they care about.
I tend to write smart practical heroines and thoughtful heroes with their own goals beyond romance (or sex), both of whom sometimes need a little help to solve problems. They deal with the challenges in their lives in such different ways sometimes!

Right now, I'm finishing up book 5 in the Mysterious Charm series, which is a country house murder mystery (it's the 1920s, I couldn't resist!). It features a secondary character from the second book in the series, Laura Penhallow, and it's set on the Isles of Scilly off the coast of Cornwall.
And of course, I'm also working on editing and the behind the scenes work that goes into any book!
