What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Celia Lake I really love learning more about the characters - every time I sit down to write, I realise something new about how they see the world and what they care about.

I tend to write smart practical heroines and thoughtful heroes with their own goals beyond romance (or sex), both of whom sometimes need a little help to solve problems. They deal with the challenges in their lives in such different ways sometimes!
