A tough one, because there are SO many. Hmmmm...
One half of McKenna Rogue would choose The Hobbit world. Hang out in the Shire with Hobbits and do Hobbit things like 2nd Breakfast and drink tea and smoke a pipe, and then perhaps, go on an adventure.
The other half would go to Patricia Briggs's Mercy Thompson's books. I'm a sucker for werewolves and vampires and fae. I would love to hang out with all of them. And of all the universes that have these things, I feel like I could stand a chance in surviving this world then I could in other worlds. But I love her characters and I would love to be friends with them and hangout.

How about in one? "And then I ran out of books to read."
But seriously, that's a hard one. Here goes nothing.
He missed the sign as he strolled past the tree line into the brightly lit forest. BEWARE OF THE GIANT MAN-EATING SPIDERS.

I wish there was a good answer for this. Writer's Block hits me at different times for different things. Fear of failure, fear of success (yes, this is totally a real thing), exhaustion, unable to figure out the story/character motivations, life throwing a curve-ball, the day job stressing me out, family stresses, really anything can cause it. Dealing with it, is a completely different thing. I think for the most part, what I do is sit down in front of my computer and do something that resembles writing, whether it's working on an outline, a character sheet, just editing or reading through what I've already written, trying to create something completely new. I think the most helpful thing I can do to not let Writer's Block win, is to keep writing. Even if it's hard. Eventually, it gets easier and I break free of it. Never give up! Never surrender!

Creating characters and worlds and discovering their stories. I've written for as long as I can remember. And I love to write. There is little I don't love about writing. I really love talking to other writers about writing too. The power of creation is an amazing high!

Find other writers who have similar goals and aspirations and form a group with them. Before I moved out to Colorado, I had no idea there were groups of writers. I was always a solo writer and aside from my parents who are also writers, I'd never really interacted with other writers. When I found my first critique group, it changed my writing world. Don't be afraid to leave a group if it's not working for you. Don't stay in a group that's dysfunctional, but I really feel like having a tribe of writers to talk to and learn from is extremely important. There are also tons of online groups. I would also recommend trying a bunch of different processes to find what works best for you whether it's pantsing, plotting, a mix, or editing as you go or editing at the end. Every writer has a different process and there is no wrong or right answer. Find your way and let yourself evolve and change as you need to. Write as much as possible and read as much as possible. The biggest piece of advice I think I can offer is decide what you want to get out of writing. If you decide that it's just a hobby for you, that's wonderful, hobby it up! If you want to be published by a traditional publisher! Awesome! If you want to self publish, then go for it! If you want to make money or just publish passion projects figure out the most professional path to do those things. There is a never ending fountain of resources for all these things. Ask other writers who are doing what you want to do. But above all, find your path and stand proud on that path. It's your writing and you should do with it what you want! Happy Writing!

McKenna Rogue is a duo, and we're both working on separate books. I am working on Billionaire Barista, a Pumpkin Spiced Latte Day Romance and the other half of McKenna Rogue is working on Unmasked Desire, a Halloween Romance. We love working with the holidays. We've got a lot lined up. We're also working on building our Paranormal Romance universe we're plotting books for and an urban fantasy romance too. We're constantly working on different projects! Keeps us out of trouble.

Inspiration is always a fickle and inconsistent thing. I love when I feel inspired and can write all the words. And I'm lucky to feel inspired a lot. I'm constantly thinking of story ideas for an existing universe or for a new universe that we haven't even created yet. But when there is no inspiration to be found, I still sit down in front of the computer and I write because more than anything I want to finish the story and see how it all comes together. I plot and outline a lot, but there is still a lot of discovery writing for me and I just want to see where the characters and the plot are going to take me and that's usually all the inspiration I need.

I'm working on another book for the Love Demands a Holiday series. And I was looking at all the food holiday days and I saw Pumpkin Spiced Latte Day! I love pumpkin spiced lattes, so I decided to write a romance around that holiday! It's a lot of fun playing with all the ridiculous and traditional holidays.
