How do you get inspired to write?

McKenna Rogue Inspiration is always a fickle and inconsistent thing. I love when I feel inspired and can write all the words. And I'm lucky to feel inspired a lot. I'm constantly thinking of story ideas for an existing universe or for a new universe that we haven't even created yet. But when there is no inspiration to be found, I still sit down in front of the computer and I write because more than anything I want to finish the story and see how it all comes together. I plot and outline a lot, but there is still a lot of discovery writing for me and I just want to see where the characters and the plot are going to take me and that's usually all the inspiration I need.
